RETURNS

We hope you love your purchase but if you wish to return it, you may do so within 14 days of purchase. Please understand you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return. 

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the amount to the original form of payment, excluding the original shipping charges. 

Returns will not be accepted on Christmas items after December 15th.

Damaged items can be returned with a prepaid return label that will be provided after the return is processed. Please notify us by email within 48 hours at info@whitewillowcullman.com. Include name, order number and pictures of the damage.
